Been bodybuilding for over 20 years and been seeing Karl for nearly 15 of those. I wouldn't go anywhere else and believe me I tried but nobody can beat the level of professionalism, skills and vast experience that Karl has. 5 stars but would give 10 if I could!!!

I had surgery on my shoulder over eight years ago. As a result I lost a lot of flexibility and was in constant pain. I had seen multiple physios over the years, none of whom had been able to help me in any meaningful way. I had come to see Karl as he had been recommended to me by a colleague. Honestly, after my previous experiences I did not hold out much hope he could help me. However, I was wrong and in only a few sessions I was a changed man. I have more flexibility and much less pain. I've also been able to restart exercises such as squatting and bench presses, things I have not been able to do since my accident. I thoroughly recommend going to see Karl, he is not like other physios and he definitely gets results!

Karl is the ultimate professional. As a serious cyclist I needed to get my lower back sorted, I had restricted movement and was in constant pain.Karl explained to me what the problem was and why I was getting the issues.I would not go anywhere else , not only did he sort my back but also resolved the muscle tightness so I was able to resume normal activity’s again and without pain.Karl also showed me the correct exercises and ensured I was doing them correctly. I have been to other physios, but Karl is in another league.

Karl is professional at all times. He is passionate about helping you. He treats you and your case on your individual needs. Karl ensures you know and understand the treatment he's providing. He gives a running commentary allowing you to feel relaxed and comfortable and if you have any questions he'll answer them. I've been having treatment for just over two months and it has helped me immensely both physically but more importantly mentally too. I feel a change in posture and I get pain relief too allowing me time to refocus and breath. I can't recommend Karl enough.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Excellent, professional treatment with great advise on how to adapt my training for my benefit.
